How does it stay fresh without preservatives?

We use retort technology to keep our packs fresh for 12 months, without preservatives. Until opened, it stays fresh at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate if not used completely & finish within 2 days.

Just cut, pour, and serve. Start by mixing a little with your dog’s current food for a day or two, then move to a full portion. You can also add warm water if your pet prefers a softer, more gravy-like texture.

Shipped from our Bengaluru kitchen. Most orders arrive in 2–4 days, depending on location. You’ll receive tracking details once shipped. If there’s any delivery issue, WhatsApp us and we’ll sort it out quickly.

How does the refunds work?
