How do deliveries work? Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Once you place your order with Dino, you can expect it to arrive within 3-5 days, We deliver pan-India. Deliveries also depend on the plan you select to make things as convenient and comfortable as possible for you. In the Shop section, you may choose to order the amounts you require at your convenience. OR you can sign up for one of our plans and decide to automatically receive your meals on a weekly or monthly basis via the Dino Box Subscription. There won't be any surprises because we'll also email you three days in advance of shipments and once an order proceeds with tracking information.

How can I track my Dino dog food delivery?

After your Dino dog food order is dispatched, we’ll promptly send you a tracking link via your registered number on WhatsApp.You can also check your delivery’s progress directly from the ‘Orders’ section on our website.

How can I manage my subscription or cancel my account?

When it comes to managing your subscription, you’re in control! You can adjust portions, rush or delay a shipment, change recipes, and modify shipping or billing information any time online. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at support@dino.co.in and following the instructions you receive.

How do I store and serve Dino packs?

Simply store Dino packs in a cool, away from sun light, dry place. No refrigeration required. Just cut, pour & serve!

Can the food be stored once the pack is opened?

Accepted Answer

Since the food doesn’t have any preservatives, an open pack will go bad just like normal food. To store the meal after opening the pack, put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. Consume within 12-18 hours of opening the pack.

Should I be adding water to the food?

Accepted Answer

Adding water to the food is not necessary as our food is not dehydrated and contains all the natural moisture present in the food. However if you feel that your dog doesn't drink enough water you may add water to hydrate them.
Tip: Your pup needs 67ml of water per kg of body weight per day!

How do I shift my dog from his current food to Dino's fresh dog food?

Whenever you choose to switch up your dog's diet, you should do so gradually to give their body time to get used to the new diet. These changes should occur over a period of 7-10 days by gradually adding more and more of the new food starting with 25% and increase to 100% to your dog's existing diet during this transition. Why give fresh food to my dogs?

Dry kibble was never the healthiest food to offer our pets, but its convenience helped it gain popularity. Here are some kibble facts:

The ingredients used are feed-grade, not human grade.
Diseased and discarded animal parts are often used in animal foods.
There are a lot of preservatives added to the food to increase its shelf life.
The food is highly processed and loses most of its nutritional value.
Labels can often be misleading, and give a false impression regarding the quality of food.

On the flip side, Dino's fresh dog food is prepared using the highest-quality, fresh human-grade ingredients with no preservatives, and they are cooked and packed in a way that preserves all of the nutrients and palatability. They are also equally convenient to order as dry kibble online.

When your puppies reach 4 weeks old, you can start feeding them Dino. To ensure a smooth transition, gradually switch them from a liquid diet to a solid food over a period of 10 to 15 days.

This guarantees that the sole nutrition your dog gets is the healthiest and safest possible because it never uses meat meals, feed-grade ingredients, or anything artificial.
