Cancellation Policy

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of your order date if a manufacturing defect has been found. A product’s part or entire sales package will be replaced depending on the defect. Any signs of physical or incidental damages to the product or product packaging will be chargeable and shall be deducted before the refund can be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.
Customer is responsible to ship the product back to us. Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 24-48 hours before a refund can be processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, a refund is possible only if
  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged in transit
  • Wrong item was received

Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours after your product has been received and inspected.

Refunds (if applicable)

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Dino / Seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
  • Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, the list of such items is included in case the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes food, grooming products, supplements, dog apparel, beds, car seat covers etc
  • In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
    Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to Dino within 3 days from the time of delivery.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with
  • In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer account.
  • Refunds will only be processed after a quality check of the product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
